The Birth
of TheYaar

Art Born from Imagination

As artists and designers, Asal Farshchi and Sogol Zamani have always viewed imagination as the core of their craft. To them, imagination is not just a tool; it’s everything. It’s the spark that ignites their creativity, allowing them to see the world not as it is, but as it could be. They dreamed of a world where art knew no borders, where creativity could flourish freely, unfettered by physical constraints or cultural expectations. In a society where women’s contributions in certain fields are sometimes overlooked, these two friends joined forces to establish TheYaar, a creative studio that not only showcases their artistic talents but also stands as a symbol of determination and dedication. The name “TheYaar,” which translates to “friend” in Persian, represents the deep connection they share—not only with each other but also with every piece of work they create. TheYaar is a manifestation of their shared vision: a place where imagination, artistry, and the drive to create come together to form something exclusive and inspiring.

Asal Farshchi
