Writing, Directing a Video Art / Character & Set design

These seven characters were created for the music video «The New Color», born from our imagination. Thought gave it form, and lines and colors brought it to life.
With each stroke, it took shape crossing the threshold from an idea into existence, until it breathed.

Character No.1
“Violet”

The clash of red and blue gives birth to violet.
To us, sorrow has violet arms، engulfing, immense, and powerful.
Deep, yet undeniably beautiful.
A constant struggle unfolds between the character and the two arms that grow from its shoulders curved, fluid, and relentless.
To resist their pull from within, it moves with their arcs, flowing in sync until the moment to overpower them arrives.
For if it fails to break free from this fatal entanglement, inevitable collapse awaits.

Character No.2
“Indigo”

Indigo is the wind, fluid, restless, and fleeting. It carries along whatever does not resist, sweeping, cleansing, transforming. It dances and makes others dance.
This character wears a crown of wind, moving with light, curved, and flowing motions.
It embodies the part of us that masters forgetfulness as a powerful defense
a way to endure.
Its encounter with sorrow (Character No. 1 | Violet) is a remedy like no other.

Character No.3
“Blue”

A warrior, driven and possessive. It dons its battle armor to claim what it desires, seizing the unattainable and hanging its conquests from the horns
of its helmet, a display of power.
Its movements are bold and relentless, always advancing with unwavering steps. It demands, it fights, and it takes.

Character No.4
“Green”

Beautiful, young, and fragile. Fresh branches have grown around them like a fortress, shielding their beauty from any harm. Their movements are
unrefined and hesitant, yet they carry the rhythm of one eager to experience.
They are that part of us that wishes to stop time, to build a barrier around everything susceptible to change.

As Rumi says:
“All your restlessness comes from your desire for stillness”.

Character No.5
“Yellow”

Perfectionism is a fundamental trait of humanity. It is this very quality that led to the creation of ancient gods and, later, religions. This character seeks perfection in everything, marking a point of origin and foundation, always in search of something to worship. They are both godlike and god-seeking, as if seated upon a throne, their gaze constantly lifted upward, searching. They see themselves as sacred, solitary and unique. Their movements are circular, spinning, yet slightly lost.

Character No.6
“Orange”

Wild and primal. They do not understand interaction nor know how to face confrontation. Their behavior is savage and predatory, as if they have been
thrown into an unfamiliar environment, causing them first to fear, then to defend, and finally to attack.
Their movements are abrupt, aggressive, and unpredictable, with a strong urge to retreat to their safe zone. This chaos, rooted in fear, makes them
a dangerous being.

Character No.7
“Red”

Seductive, elusive, lost in its own allure. Seduction is its only power. It never dares to dive deep, always floating on the surface. A symbol of folly and
forgetfulness, it moves with smooth, effortless grace detached and indifferent.
A fleeting beauty irresistible yet empty, always within reach but never truly worth the chase.
